I am a huge Connolly fan and for some reason just got around to this one. I think I was scared that it was not going to be as good as a lot of my GR friends thought it was. Turns out, I had no reason to worry because TBOLT was every bit as good as I had hoped. A fairy tale fantasy that has some strong messages about relationships, loss, redemption, and forgiveness…but most of all, this story had heart. Very well written with well drawn characters and perfect pacing for the storyline - no shocker to Connolly fans. Excellent.
